General Shipping Terms

Orders placed on Monday-Friday with in-stock products are generally shipped the same day as long as the orders are received before the warehouse cut-off time (12:30 PM CST/CDT). pending order exceptions, technical failures and payment rejections. We will use the reasonable effort to ship the items accurately and on-time from the nearest warehouse to the destination so that you can receive the product faster and receive the care that you deserve.

Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS or regional carriers depending upon the product, product weight and size. Our shipping charges are based on order value for most products with the allowed service area unless otherwise noted on the product page.

 

Flat Rate Shipping

Prayag Health offers the flat fee shipping rate of $7.99 per order for Order Subtotal below $49.00 excluding taxes and fees in the service area. 

 

Free Shipping

Prayag Health offers free shipping on Order subtotal value of $49 or above for most products excluding taxes and fees in the service area.

 

Expedited Shipping

We do not offer expedited shipping at this point but best effort is made so that you receive the products in 2-3 business days for most orders and destinations.

 

Service Area and Exclusions

Currently, our service area is limited to the United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We do not serve the territories of the United States. We are not able to deliver to PO Box addresses and AFB addresses at this point. Orders for destinations out the service area will be cancelled and the customer will not be charged.

Shipping Errors & Shortage

All shipping errors and product shortages must be reported to Prayag Health within 48 hours from the receipt of the order as shown by Carrier Tracking. Customers can either complete the contact us form or send email directly to Sales Support to report us the shipping error and product shortage. We will investigate the error and provide the resolution.
